I tried using the site, but the whole thing just felt off. I couldn’t easily find any clear security info, and when I got to the payment page, that little mystery checkout made me way too nervous. I ended up backing out because I didn’t feel comfortable putting my details in.

The bathrooms really need some attention. As soon as I walked in, I could kind of tell things weren’t being kept up. The stalls smelled bad and just didn’t feel clean, which made the whole experience uncomfortable.

the place just felt dull and not very welcoming. i couldn’t really relax or enjoy the atmosphere, and i mostly just wanted to leave.

I went expecting a nice, easy walk, but the paths were kind of disappointing. A few areas felt uneven and not very well maintained, and I kept second-guessing whether I was going the right way because the directions weren’t very clear. I really wanted it to be a relaxing little outing, but I didn’t feel totally comfortable or reassured while walking, so I ended up turning back early. Maybe it’s better for other activities, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for the walking paths.

I was disappointed with how dirty the place felt. The bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been checked in hours (which is never a good sign), and I noticed trash around some of the walking areas too. It made the whole visit feel kind of gross, especially considering the price. I probably wouldn’t go back unless they really get the cleaning situation under control.

The place itself was fine, but the parking situation was, I don’t know, kind of hard to describe. We ended up circling around longer than we expected, and the signs weren’t super helpful. It got a little confusing with a bunch of other cars doing the same thing. For a visit that was supposed to be relaxed, the parking definitely started things off on the wrong note

I was trying to look up events and buy tickets, and at first it seemed like it would be simple enough. But once I started using the site with my screen reader, it was a totally different story. The menus didn’t read properly, some buttons weren’t clear, and a few pages were just confusing to get through. It had that bait and switch feeling where the site looks like it should be easy to use, but then it’s not accessible when you actually need it. I ended up giving up and asking someone else to help me.

We went as a family and it was definitely not a bad visit, just not quite what I was hoping for with kids. The gardens are really pretty, the kids just ran out of things to do fast.

Some of the paths were easy enough, but in a few spots we felt a little turned around and kept stopping to figure out where to go next. When you’ve got little ones with you, easier bathrooms and more places to sit would make a big difference.

I could see this being much nicer for adults or if you’re just looking for a quiet walk. For a family day out though, it didn’t feel especially kid-friendly.

I asked someone for help, but they kind of just brushed it off and didn’t really do much. It was a bit frustrating, honestly.

I wasn’t super happy with the venue overall. It looked really nice when we first saw it, but on the actual day, things felt unorganized and not as smooth as we expected. Communication also wasn’t great, which added extra stress when we were already dealing with a lot. For the price we paid, I really expected a better experience

I went in thinking it would be a nice, relaxing walk around, but the grounds looked neglected. There were weeds all along the paths, dried-out patches of grass, and some of the flower beds looked like nobody had touched them in a while.
When I asked about it, I felt like I was being talked down to, which made the visit even more frustrating. For a place called Hudson Gardens, I expected the upkeep to be a lot better, and the whole experience just kind of fell flat.

I was actually excited for the show, but once the band started playing, the sound was just rough. The vocals were so low I could barely make out what they were singing, and the bass was this muddy mess that kind of swallowed everything else. A few times the sound even cut in and out, which totally pulled me out of the moment. I tried to enjoy it anyway, but it ended up ruining the concert for me.

I was excited to check out the holiday lights, but they ended up feeling a little "underwhelming" to me. During my visit, I walked around expecting more displays and a bigger festive feel, but there just wasn’t as much to see as I’d hoped. It wasn’t terrible, just not the "wow" experience I was expecting

I was expecting the gardens to be a lot nicer, but they felt plain and kind of neglected. There weren’t many flowers, and the views were literally just boring. Overall, it didn’t really feel worth the visit.

I just don’t think it’s worth the money. It’s fine, I guess, but for the price, I expected a lot more.

I went to Hudson Gardens for an event and was let down by the food and drink situation. There weren’t many options, the lines were long, and the food we ended up getting felt overpriced for how small the portions were.

The drinks weren’t much better either, limited choices and not very cold. Maybe it was just this one event, but it kind of made me think their event setup in general could use some work. Next time, I’d definitely eat beforehand.

It felt like we spent more time waiting and asking questions than actually doing anything at the event.
The gardens might be nice on a regular day, and maybe this was just a bad setup, but I wouldn’t rush back for another event here. Everything felt scattered and poorly planned, and by the time we left, I was more annoyed than anything else.
